Aboriginal Singer on The Voice

Geoffrey Gurrumul Yunupingu opens Reconciliation week on The Voice with a soulful and moving performance with judge Delta Goodrem.

Geoffrey's new album is entitled GURRUMUL. Geoffrey sings in his native tongue Yolngu and is from the Gumatj clan. Against the odds of being born blind, Gurrumul has won an ARIA for Best World Music Award and sang with other famous artists such as Sir Elton John and Sting.

Start your National Reconciliation Week by supporting an Indigenous artist and purchase his cd at your local music store or download (iTunes) or download (other) his music.
