We walk with integrity for community and clients. Honouring culture, community and clients' aspirations to create impact that lasts. Our focus is on legacy, not the short-term grab because true change is built on trust, respect, time, and shared purpose.
Relationships Matter
We start with Country and we listen. Every project is co-designed with community and clients, so decisions are made with people, not about them. ICIP protocols are embedded from day one, approvals, attribution, and usage boundaries so your project is safe by design and mitigates risk.
Whether it’s policy, a RAP roadmap, murals, branding or public art, our process protects knowledge and elevates story. When the work goes live, your team is equipped to steward culture well into the future.
Our ICIP-First Model Includes
- Listen & Situate: We begin by clarifying purpose, context and identifying the right cultural authority. This ensures the work is grounded, relevant and respectful.
- Co‑Design: We convene with our networks of artists and knowledge holders to guide shared decisions. Our process is collaborative, not extractive, always with, never about.
- ICIP Governance: We secure approvals, consent, attribution and usage boundaries early. This protects cultural knowledge and builds trust across all stakeholders.
- Create & Review: We produce artwork and design with precision confirming story accuracy, placement and cultural alignment.
- Deliver with Care: We handle production, installation and launch with cultural safety front and centre ensuring the work lands well and lives well.
- Equip & Sustain: We leave your team with care guides, training and renewal checkpoints so culture is stewarded long after launch.
